MOSES (Midwest Organic & Sustainable Education Service) recently held eight Field Days, with two more scheduled this fall, through support from the UNFI Foundation. Field Days give farmers the chance to see firsthand how other farmers tackle issues on their farms. They offer a holistic view of successful organic farms, highlight specific production practices, and create a sense of community as farmers meet others in their area with similar interests. Host farms are chosen due to their strong operations and diverse production practices.
